Tradigital Pictures is always developing its own ideas and scripts for future productions; however, we realize that there are many people who may have excellent ideas or even complete scripts that they would like to see made. Tradigital will gladly accept all serious requests for the consideration of any submission. All submissions must comply with the following Submission Guidelines:
- All work must be your own. Any work that you submit must be your own original work. Work written by others may not be submitted unless accompanied by a signed approval from the original author which must include contact information for the author for verification purposes. Adaptations of other works will not be considered unless accompanied by a signed approval from the copyright holder of the work you have adapted.
- All submissions must include your contact information. All submissions must include you full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and occupation. Submissions lacking any of these will not be considered and will be immediately destroyed or deleted. Exceptions will be made only for submissions made by mail which do not include an e-mail address. Please also include any other information that you feel is relevant.
- Submissions must adhere to the industry-accepted formatting standards. If you aren't sure what the industry standards are, there are multiple resources available to you both online or in print. Submissions that are not properly formatted will not be considered. For the submission of ideas as opposed to scripts, your submission should take the form of a treatment.
- Work must be submitted by one of the approved submission methods. Approved methods include either mail (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) or e-mail. Any submissions made by e-mail must be in PDF or Final Draft format. Tradigital cannot be held responsible for any lost submissions. Any submissions including approvals from other authors must be sent via mail.
- Submissions will not be returned. While we cannot return your submissions, you will remain the holder of the copyright unless and until any arrangements are made. Tradigital will not use your material without prior consent.
- Submissions may be refused consideration if they appear to conflict with any work currently being undertaken by Tradigital. If any submissions appear to share similarities with scripts currently being developed by Tradigital Pictures, they will be immediately returned with an explanation of the reason. This is the only case in which a submission will be returned.
- Submission does not guarantee any future dealings. All serious submissions that meet the above guidelines will be considered. However, this in no way is a guarantee of any future dealings between you and Tradigital Pictures. If your submission fails to meet our standards of quality and potential, you may not receive notice that your project is being passed over.
- Policy on submission withdrawl. If at any time you desire to withdraw your submission, you may do so by sending a signed letter with complete details, including the name of your submission. Withdrawl of your submission means that we will no longer consider your work. You may submit additional work in the future, but you may not re-submit the withdrawn work unless it has been substantially modified. We regret that we will be unable to return your withdrawn submission.
Please note: Submission of any work indicates that you have read and agree to the above Submission Guidelines.
